Welcome to the story of our lovely home.
July …
Training the roses in Autumn…
Rewarded us with an amazing display in May.
With such beautiful, but bold wallpaper adorning the main wall, finding colours to bring the room together was a real challenge.
However, with new carpet, furniture and bedding, we now have a lovely new relaxing master bedroom.
We are not yet sure how old the house is and are intruiged to find out more about its history.
Initially we thought around 1860, but digging back through the archives dates it to at least 1830. http://archives.tarn.fr/index.php?id=1012

The basic size of the house is as today, but without any of the out buildings.
The well is much closer to the house today … remnants of the old well are something to go searching for at some point.
The trees at the bottom of the garden turn amazingly …
Beautiful and charming local town.
Climb up the hill for great views and a wonderful windmill.
… stop for a spot of lunch at CafĂ© Plum
Simply time to enjoy !
We had no idea, but wandering through the lower orchard, we found an abundance of orchids.
